Ensuring that youth, women & girls, and persons living with disabilities have equal access to education, leadership, participation, and economic opportunities through barrier-breaking strategies, advocacy, and inclusive policy engagement.
Our Social Inclusion & Equity Program addresses systemic barriers preventing marginalized groups from accessing opportunities. We work with youth, women & girls, and persons living with disabilities to ensure equal access to education, leadership roles, community participation, and economic opportunities. Through advocacy, policy engagement, capacity building, and barrier-breaking strategies, we create inclusive pathways for full societal participation. The program includes mentorship, skills training, leadership development, and advocacy workshops.
